2nd Upper
Results were out 3 days ago but due to some glitches in my average calculations, it was initially recorded as 2nd lower. Anyway, long story short, I just confirmed that I got my 2nd upper.
I can almost hear the groans around....oh puhleeeeeease.....it's you leh...you always manage somehow....
2nd upper...only a handful of people would know it's relevance to me. Even my family members don't understand why all the screaming and jumping was needed when it was confirmed. One word of congrats and that's it. Well, it took a hellish year to get it.
This year has been a grueling one...always doubting my abilities and always so frustrated for not being able to give my best. The numerous times I wanted to just dump my thesis aside and just hand in whatever's there. The number of sleepless nights and tears shed over the year.
Come to think of it, I still can't believe I managed to pull through. I made the cut for 2nd upper with just 0.1 mark above the average marks needed for it. That's how awesome my God is......

yeah..the plan is to go back...get my PR and get some work experience for the next 2 years or so...
have to save up to visit you guys in the other part of the world. =)
